Key Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing and Business Development
• Play a key role in servicing current clients and developing new business, with a strong focus on growing existing accounts.
• Independently oversee the quality and implementation of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring programs are delivered on time and within budget.
• Participate in issues and crisis management with the support of senior leadership.
2. Media Relations and Strategic Insight
• Stay on top of tech or consumer industry trends, and take an active interest in clients’ businesses to anticipate issues and provide proactive, strategic counsel.
• Develop, pitch, and place positive stories for and about clients in relevant business, trade, and mainstream media outlets.
• Manage complex media events and handle media inquiries with professionalism and independence.
3. Creativity and Content Creation
• Create competitive and impactful communication plans.
• Master various forms of creative writing, including press releases, in-depth articles, social media content, and speeches.
• Bring original and valuable ideas to brainstorming sessions and be enthusiastic about using new creative tools, including AI.

Qualifications and Experience
• Experience: A minimum of four years of work experience in a public relations agency or in the communications department of a multinational corporation (MNC), with a proven track record in client servicing and project management.
• Education: A university degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Skills:
Strong critical thinking skills and a keen attention to detail.
Native-level fluency in written and spoken Mandarin, along with excellent English writing and speaking skills
• Experience: A minimum of four years of work experience in a public relations agency or in the communications department of a multinational corporation (MNC), with a proven track record in client servicing and project management.
