-Oversee the entire process of brand and design-related projects, including schedule management, resource coordination, and cost control;
-Establish efficient communication mechanisms between clients and the team to ensure alignment of objectives;
-Manage project files, timelines, and key milestones, track project progress, and promptly resolve issues;
-Communicate and report project status to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparent and clear information flow;
-Coordinate and regularly communicate with the team regarding development and execution schedules to ensure phase goals are met;
-Manage vendor coordination, including quotations, invoicing, follow-ups, and payment processes;
-Support content integration and process optimization to enhance internal team collaboration efficiency;
-Participate in domestic business trips and on-site support arrangements as required by the project.

任职要求
-3+ years of project management experience in branding, creative, or design-focused industries;
-Solid understanding of brand and design workflows, with additional experience in marketing promotion projects;
-Overseas study background is required; fluent in both Mandarin and English (written & spoken);
-Strong team spirit with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables;
-Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to perform under pressure;
-Experience with consumer, lifestyle, education, or culture-related brands is preferred.
