Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Execution
Lead creative development and design execution for digital content across WeChat, RED, Weibo, and more.
Ensure all visual assets are on-brand, strategically aligned, and culturally relevant to the Chinese audience.
Supervise and mentor designer partners and future teammates, ensuring consistent quality and innovation across all creative output.

Event & Experience Design
Translate brand strategies into compelling visual concepts for offline experiences — from high-impact events to branded installations.
Collaborate with production partners to bring visual concepts to life with precision and style.

Asset Production Oversight
Direct the look & feel of photoshoots, video production, and digital campaign content.
Maintain high aesthetic standards and cohesive storytelling across all formats and channels.

Strategic & Creative Partnership
Partner with the Strategy and Client Service teams to shape creative proposals that reflect both short-term impact and long-term brand vision.
Contribute creative insights during pitch processes and strategic planning sessions, ensuring creativity is not just a layer, but a driver.

Client Engagement
Act as a key creative representative in client meetings and presentations.
Build trusted relationships with local and international brand teams, clearly articulating creative rationale and vision.
任职要求
Who You Are
3–5 years of experience in a creative or art direction role, preferably within communication, branding, or lifestyle-focused agencies.
Proven track record working with international brands, especially in the fashion or lifestyle sector.
Strong portfolio showcasing outstanding creative work across social media, content, and experiential design.
Advanced design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); video or motion design familiarity is a plus.
Deep understanding of Chinese digital ecosystems (WeChat, RED, Weibo) and their visual cultures.
Sharp conceptual thinker with a refined aesthetic and a strong sense of storytelling.
Confident communicator, capable of presenting creative concepts with clarity and conviction — both internally and to clients.
Fluent in Mandarin; professional working proficiency in English is a plus.
Collaborative, self-motivated, and excited about building long-term brand visions in China.
